3 DAY RETURN POliCY
Your flowers should last between 4 and 8 days depending upon variety and conditions. This will largely depend on factors such as care and variety. If your flowers perish within three (3) days of the delivery date and we believe that the care instructions provided have been followed, we will resend new flowers. We must be advised of any problem within the first 3 days for any claim to be recognised. We will collect the original flowers upon delivery of your replacements so that the cause of failure can be assessed by our florists and suppliers.
ROSE VARIETIES
What makes roses so beautiful are the wide range of varieties available and the natural differences between each flower. Roses really do come in all shapes and sizes. Some will open fully whilst others remain in a tight bud. Some are strong of fragrance whilst others are very subtle. Because flowers are natural products they will react differently at different times of the year and under different circumstances. Some varieties have lower longevity than other though they can stun us with their beauty as they "shine brightly" before fading. Others will seem unlikely to fade though they may not spread their petals to bloom. This is what makes roses so intriguing, so captivating, so special.
