SAME DAY DEliVERY
Our prices include a same day delivery service for most products to most areas within our delivery network. Occasionally, an additional delivery charge may apply. In these rare circumstances you will be promptly contacted and advised of any aditional charges. .
ORDER DEADliNES
Orders placed after 2.00 pm weekdays and 10.30 am on Saturday (and not able to be delivered same day) will be delivered on the next possible delivery day.

SATURDAY DEliVERIES
Same day orders for Saturday delivery must be placed by 10:30 am AEST.
SUNDAY DEliVERIES
Generally Sunday deliveries are not available. Delivery on Sunday for Mothers Day is available Australia Wide without surcharge.
PUBliC HOliDAY DEliVERIES
We are unlikely to be trading on public holidays unless it falls on a special day such as Valentines Day..
TIMED DEliVERIES
A delivery surcharge applies for specific timed deliveries
SHORT NOTICE DEliVERIES
On occasions we will be able to complete deliveries on short notice utilising a premium point to point courier. In these circumstances additional charges will apply. You will be provided with a price for the premium delivery service at the time of placing the order.
Other charges can apply under certain circumstances. These would be confirmed with you by telephone or email.
Q. Can I change my mind?
Yes you can. Provided your order has not been made-up, cancellation of the order can be made. The purchase price will be refunded to the original credit card used in the transaction (less a $15 processing fee).
